I don't know your reasons for wanting a secured card, but I advise against it with a score of 755.
Get a rewards card of some kind.
Secured cards come with tons of fees.
Never the less, if you get any card, secured or otherwise, it will ding your score only a few points for the hard inquiry.

Yes do not get a secured card with your credit score. You could get a prepaid debit card and that way it would not even be reported on your credit report. I am assuming that is all you really want, because a secured credit card makes no sense with your high score. I think walmart and western union both have card with low or no fees. You should check those out.

You shouldn't need a secured card if you already have a high score. You're better off using a debit card, since that's pretty much all a secured card is anyways - minus the fees.

Not really. It might lower it a bit but once you start using the card it should bring it right back up again

If you have 755 why do you want a secured card? Secured cards are for people who have bad credit. That is why your score would drop. The same for using a high interest finance company, you use them if you have bad credit so just the fact that you have one of those types of accounts will put a ding on your report.
